No Shows
I understand life happens, but if you miss your appointment without notice, the full service fee will be charged.

Cancellations
Need to cancel? No problem, just please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less notice will be subject to a 50% fee of the service booked.

Running Late?
Please shoot me a quick message if you're running behind. If you're more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and a 50% fee will apply.
